It seems unlikely that one could sue a govt for global warming and win. For one thing the causes are diverse and imprecisely knowable. How much do you blame coal and oil users, versus those burning forests and gres? And you can't specifically say "Joe's beach house got flooded due to Tasmanian drivers", or any other pair of plaintiffs and defendants. And even if you win it's cutting off your nose to spite your face. We're all in this together and it makes no sense to ourselves.
