I just laid a marble tile floor.after i put down grout there was a haze left on the tile.?

what is the best method or product to get this haze off the tiles?i have tried common household cleaners and nothing seems to be doing a very good job.also will a green scrub pad damage the finish on the tile?thank-you for your answers
