Im feeling really sick? Please help? ?

I have a throbbing headache, a congested nose, my thonsils hurt, and i have dry lips. The temples of my head hurt so much! I woke up this morning and i lost my voice. I also woke up every hour because i had a dry mouth. I already took dayquil and it didnt work. Im going to my aunt's wedding tomorrow and i dont want to be sick for it.
