Any one familiar with the "teach me Spanish" books by Judy Mahoney? Specifically the teaching guide one?

I was wondering what kind of lesson plans and activities they suggest... i am thinking about ordering it but wanted to see what others thought of it first. I do have the "Teach me... Spanish: A Musical Journey Through the Day" and was planning to teach "Are you sleeping" for my education cl project so i wanted to know if the teaching guide helps? Thanks in advance.
