pretty much, electrons have zero m and well the more abundant one would be the one on the Periodic table with the average atomic weight of 10 or 11 which one is closer is the most abundant I think this is it, I got a 600 on a SOL in Chemistry, but I might have forgotten some stuff, and well there is a fancy way of telling which isotope is more abundant but you should wait until the teacher explains that but hte simple way I think is what I just said forgive me if I am wrong, and the answer to your second question is Krypton and you can do that by remembering orbitals and rotations 4 for fourth row and well p are the ones at hte right of the table and 6 is 3 orbitals or 6 rotations may not have the correct terminology but I believe i am right, hope you aren't using this to cheat with haha
