Does anybody know where I could purchase a metallic ring which has 5 small rings attached to it?

It was a cool toy that I purchased in Kuwait 10 years ago and I seem to have lost it. The whole apparatus operates by spinning the 5 small rings first and then slowly spinning the big ring to keep the 5 small rings spinning.
