Does anyone know how to unlock a hard disk on an Eee PC 100HA?

Just bought a Eee PC 1000HA from a pawn shop, and when I charged it and turned it on, it goes to a bios screen that says at the bottom that the hard disk is locked. It ask's for user pword or press ESC to switch to Master Pword. I don't have either, so I call ASUS CS and they tell me that they need the SN # shown on the battery (no problem) and for me to fax over the invoice (PROBLEM). All I've got is the receipt from the pawn shop. They need the original invoice of sell in order to give me the master pword. That or I've got to buy a new hard drive and have it installed. Hell I'm broke, that's why I bought it from a pawn shop and not brand new. It's a 2008 model so the F9 reset option won't work. If anyone has another suggestion PLEASE send it my way.
