NBA 2K11 Offensive Clutch Rating?

I'm in an ociation mode with the Wizards. After all the trades I made in the first season, my lineup ended up as PG: John Wall, SG: Gilbert Arenas, SF: T-Mac, PF: Josh Smith, C: Serge Ibaka. During my first season I had a lot of games go down to the wire and Gilbert Arenas always came through in the clutch. In the offseason however, an opportunity came up to get Monta Ellis for Arenas and I took it. I just looked at the ratings and Arenas has 70 offensive clutch while Ellis only has 51. Is there any way to develop a player's offensive clutch rating in ociation mode or am I screwed in late-game situations?
