Why does Black Sabbath always win these Metal countdowns?

Whether its "Best Metal Band Ever", or "Best Metal Song Ever", the winner is always the same. Iron Man is a cool song and all, but why does it get all of this attention? Its not that great. Sure, they were pioneers that paved the way for alot of great metal bands, but that was over 30 years ago. Is it just "hip" to pick Sabbath, or what? Am I alone in thinking this? Just for fun, name me a few songs that you think should De-throne Iron Man as the greatest metal song of all time.
